<div> <div> <div> <div> </div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Deputy Store Director BOH (m/f/d)</strong></span></div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div dir="auto" contenteditable="true"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Location:</strong> Milan, Via della Spiga, 2</span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><em>About us</em></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><em>Dolce&amp;Gabbana is a leading company in the Luxury sector, designing, developing, producing and distributing high-end fashion, leather goods, footwear, jewelry, watches, Beauty and Lifestyle products.</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><em>The Group operates internationally with a strong focus on innovation, craftsmanship excellence and people development.</em></span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Job description</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The selected candidate will be part of the Retail Department and will report directly to the Store Director.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The role is responsible for supporting the Store Director in overseeing all Back of House operations, ensuring stock accuracy, operational excellence, compliance with company procedures, and the efficient management of logistics and inventory activities within the boutique.</span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Key responsibilities</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Support the Store Director in coordinating and supervising all Back of House activities, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control and stock movements, maintaining the highest level of stock accuracy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Oversee goods receiving, transfers, returns and shipping activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Monitor stock organization and storage processes, guaranteeing optimal product availability and operational efficiency.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Lead and support the BOH team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous development and training.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Ensure the correct implementation of company procedures related to stock management, loss prevention and operational compliance.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support business needs and ensure seamless product availability for clients.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Monitor and analyze stock performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Coordinate inventory counts and stock audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company requirements.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Support the Store Director in managing operational projects and process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and service levels.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies and operational guidelines.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Act as a key point of reference for all operational matters, ensuring effective communication between Front of House and Back of House teams.</span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Requirements</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• At least 6 years of experience in retail environments, with previous supervisory or managerial responsibilities within Back of House, Operations or Stock Management functions, preferably in luxury or premium brands.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Strong knowledge of stock management processes, inventory control and retail operations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and support team members.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Experience in coordinating logistics activities, stock movements and inventory procedures.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to monitor KPIs and operational performance indicators.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Fluency in Italian and English;
