<div id="tor__flistingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__flistingLayout_content"> <h1>Sesonal Client Advisor (m/f/d)</h1> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Capri, Via Camerelle 19/41</p> <h2> </h2> <h2><em><strong>About us</strong></em></h2> <p><em>Dolce&Gabbana is a leading company in the Luxury sector, designing, developing, producing and distributing high-end fashion, leather goods, footwear, jewelry, watches, Beauty and Lifestyle products.</em></p> <p><em>The Group operates internationally with a strong focus on innovation, craftsmanship excellence and people development.</em></p> <h2> </h2> <h2>Job description</h2> <div>The selected candidate will be part of the boutique team at Via Camerelle 39/41, operating in one of the most iconic and prestigious luxury shopping streets in the world.</div> <p>Within this exceptional Capri location, the role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation. </p> <h2> </h2> <h2>Key responsibilities</h2> <p>• Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards.</p> <p>• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, anticipating their needs and fostering long-term loyalty.</p> <p>• Provide expert knowledge on the Ready-to-Wear collection, offering tailored styling advice and product guidance.</p> <p>• Contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement.</p> <p>• Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards.</p> <p>• Assist in stock management operations, ensuring product availability and supporting replenishment activities.</p> <p>• Manage sales transactions accurately and professionally, ensuring a seamless client experience at the point of sale.</p> <p>• Collaborate closely with the boutique team to support daily operations and commercial objectives.</p> <p>• Participate in store events and promotional activities to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.</p> <h2> </h2> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion retail, in client-facing roles.</p> <p>• Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.</p> <p>• Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are considered a strong plus.</p> <p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse international clientele.</p> <p>• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong commercial attitude and ability to achieve sales targets.</p> <p>• Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations.</p> <p>• Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles.</p> <p>• Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills.</p> <p>• Flexibility and availability to work schedules compatible with retail operations, including weekends and holidays.</p> <h2> </h2> <h2>Offer</h2> <p><strong>Contract type:</strong> Seasonal Contract </p> <p><strong>Working hours:</strong> Full-time</p> <p><strong>Work mode:</strong> On-site</p> <p><strong>Applicable Collective Agreement (CCNL):</strong> CCNL Commercio</p> <p><strong>Indicative salary range:</strong> Gross Annual Salary starting from €26,000 + sales commissions</p> <h2> </h2> <h2><em><strong>Equal opportunities and non-discrimination</strong></em></h2> <p><em>The selection process is open to candidates of any gender, age, origin, orientation or background, in full compliance with the principles of equal opportunities, non-discrimination and pay transparency.</em></p> </div> </div>
