<p><strong>Position Overview </strong></p> <p>We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive <strong>Stock Keeper</strong> for our department in Selfridges, London.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will ensure that all products are stored, handled, and displayed in pristine condition, supporting the smooth operation of the corner and enhancing the overall customer experience. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsabilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><strong>Inventory Management: </strong>Accurately receive, organize and manage stock, ensuring precise inventory levels are maintained at all times.</li> <li><strong>Stockroom Organization</strong>: Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible stockroom to facilitate efficient operations.</li> <li><strong>Quality Control</strong>: Inspect all incoming and outgoing items to ensure they meet our luxury standards.</li> <li><strong>Restocking:</strong> Collaborate with the sales team to ensure shelves and displays are replenished promptly and aesthetically.</li> <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Update stock records and prepare inventory reports using our inventory management system.</li> <li><strong>Loss Prevention:</strong> Monitor stock movements to prevent loss or theft and ensure compliance with security protocols.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration: </strong>Work closely with the sales team to anticipate stock needs and support promotional campaigns.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Prior experience as a stock keeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li> <li>Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.</li> <li>Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.</li> <li>Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.</li> <li>Physically able to lift and move stock as needed.</li> <li>A proactive and team-oriented attitude.</li> </ul>
