<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented <strong>Senior Client Advisor</strong> to join our Woman Department at Selfridges, London. As a true ambassador of the Dolce &amp; Gabbana brand, you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Contribution to the Role</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand</li> <li>Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor</li> <li>Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs</li> <li>Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers</li> <li>Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.</li> <li>Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge</li> <li>Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)</li> <li>Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff</li> <li>Support basic cash operations when necessary</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Team</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Fluency in English, &amp; Other languages are considered a plus </li> <li>Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail</li> <li>Strong clienteling skills with the ability to deliver a memorable client journey/ceremony</li> <li>Proficiency in effective sales techniques with a track record of achieving targets</li> <li>Solid understanding of store KPIs and how to drive performance</li> <li>Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and refined selling approach</li> <li>Excellent customer focus, combined with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills</li> <li>Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships</li> </ul>
