<p>We are currently looking for a proactive and motivated<b> Runner</b> to support our team during the season.</p> <p>In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth store operations and providing an exceptional experience for both the team and customers.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Support the sales team during the entire sales process, ensuring products are always readily available.</li> <li>Ensure product replenishment on the sales floor according to brand guidelines.</li> <li>Provide operational support to maintain high store standards (stockroom organization, inventory management, sales floor tidiness).</li> <li>Assist the team during sales ceremonies to enhance the customer experience and strengthen the brand’s image.</li> <li>Contribute to the preparation of products for special events and promotions.</li> <li>Monitor stock levels and report any restocking needs to the manager.</li> <li>Collaborate with the cash desk team to assist with basic operations when needed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Requirements:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Fluency in Spanish; additional languages are a plus.</li> <li>At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment (luxury experience preferred).</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment during the season.</li> <li>Positive attitude and collaborative approach with the team.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li>Passion for fashion and dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Location: Marbella, Spain</p>
