<h1><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Client Advisor (m/f/d)</span></h1> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Location:</strong> Venice</span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><em><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">About us</span></strong></em></h2> <p><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Dolce&amp;Gabbana is a leading company in the Luxury sector, designing, developing, producing and distributing high-end fashion, leather goods, footwear, jewelry, watches, Beauty and Lifestyle products.</span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Group operates internationally with a strong focus on innovation, craftsmanship excellence and people development.</span></em></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Job description</span></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The selected candidate will be part of the Retail Department and will be part of the Venice boutique team, operating in one of the most iconic and internationally renowned luxury destinations in the world!</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation within the boutique.</span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Key responsibilities</span></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice, staying updated on collections, trends and brand initiatives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and sales activities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Assist in stock management operations, including product replenishment and inventory control.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to support boutique operations and commercial objectives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Participate in client events, promotional activities and CRM initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement.</span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Requirements</span></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion retail or other customer-facing sales environments.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with an international clientele.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong commercial attitude and ability to achieve sales targets.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Fluency in Italian and English;
