<p>We are looking for an <strong>Assistant Store Manager</strong> for one of our outlet store in<strong> Parndorf.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Manager in day-to-day management of employees, business operations, inventory and more.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Perform with high integrity in company compliance with HQ</li> <li>Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service</li> <li>Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place</li> <li>Recruit and train new employees</li> <li>Manage existing employee schedules and make any needed change</li> <li>Open and close the store</li> <li>Evaluate store sales, prepare reports and suggest ways to increase sales and improve business KPIs</li> <li>Assist the Store Manager in the development of the business or recruiting programs</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline">Skills</span></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Relevant retail experience in a managerial role </li> <li>Business acumen and commercial focus that drives to constantly look for ways to improve</li> <li>Excellent team leadership skills</li> <li>Managerial skills and customer service skills</li> <li>Fluent English and Italian, other languages are considered a plus</li> <li>Constant desire for improvement</li> <li>Responsibility and reliability</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills</li> <li>Love for working with people </li> <li>An eye for detail</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em><strong>Location: Parndorf, Austria </strong></em></p>
