<p></p> <p><b>Job Description</b></p> <p>Dolce&Gabbana is looking for a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor in both part-time or fulltime to join our team in Metzingen Outlet. Reporting directly into our Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will be in charge of:</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Main activities and responsibilities</b><b>: </b></p> <p>- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs </p> <p>- Advise customers on the entire luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection </p> <p>- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers </p> <p>- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines </p> <p>- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key requirements & competencies</b></p> <p>- Fluency in English and German. Other languages are considered a plus </p> <p>- Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry</p> <p>- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques </p> <p>- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills </p> <p>- Strong team player</p> <p> </p> <p>Location: Metzingen - Germany</p>
