About this role
<p>We are currently looking for a <b>Client Advisor</b> for our store in<b> Berlin KaDeWe</b>. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.<br> <br> <b><u>Key Responsibilities</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs. </li> <li>Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers. </li> <li>Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines. </li> <li>Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><u>Requirements</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Fluency in <b>German and English</b>. Other languages are considered a plus. </li> <li>Relevant experience in luxury retail. </li> <li>Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques. </li> <li>Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. </li> <li>Strong team player.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Location: Germany – Berlin KaDeWe</b></p>
