<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Position Overview</b></H2> </div><div><div>Provides quality nursing care, ensures compliance with health and sanitation requirements, and delivers assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.</div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Assists company doctor in Clinic consultations, pre-employment medical exam, emergency response including first aid and documentation, attending to medical queries of employees and administrative tasks.</li> <li>Assist employees in the Annual Physical Exam.</li> <li>Checks medical results of newly hired, validates RTW, assists APE, Health Certificate renewal and coordinates medical needs of Third-Party Agency (TPA) employees as needed.</li> <li>Facilitates completion of medical part of SSS sickness and employee’s compensation notification forms of employees.</li> <li>Assists Company Doctor in the issuance of Return-to-work clearance-sickness</li> <li>Coordinates with Caloocan City Health Department in processing Health Certificate and Sanitary Permit.</li> <li>HMO tasks:</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assists the company Doctor in filling out claim forms covered by HMO</li> <li>Helps the management in outsourcing HMO providers or health and wellness suppliers.</li> <li>Issuance of Letter of Authorization (LOA) of HMO entitled employees.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Issuance of Letter of Authorization to Accredited Hospital as needed.</li> <li>Monthly Bulletin Board Update and Health Advisories</li> <li>Health monitoring and coordination with LGU for the emerging infectious diseases and diseases of public health concern.</li> <li>Advises Security department of employees who are on medical leave.</li> <li>Daily Monitoring of Medicines and First Aid Kit</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Facilitates medical procedures under the direct supervision of the Company Doctor such as but not limited to testing and treatment.</li> <li>Facilitates Online Consultation (through social media) of members based in C3 Plant, Caloocan City, this includes <em>Frabelle Market Corporation, Westpac Processing, Frabelle Cold Storage</em> and<em> Amenico employees.</em></li> <li>Attends HR, medical and necessary meetings and engagements</li> <li>Co-custodian of the Emergency Vehicle.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in nursing</li> <li>Licensed to practice nursing profession in the Philippines</li> <li>Preferably completed OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) Certificate or Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training</li> <li>Preferably with Basic Life Support (BLS)</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="line-height:normal;background-color:white;margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:black">At least 1 year of work-related experience in hospital, primary care setting or industrial health facility.</span></li> <li>Working in a field with exposure to handling HMO, health benefits are an advantage.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Able to Handle confidential and sensitive information.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Benefits and Compensation</b></H2> </div><div><p>J&F Members enjoy comprehensive <strong>HMO coverage, paid personal and Sick leave, and meals</strong> to support everyday needs.<br><br>We invest in your future through<strong> training, seminars, and career development opportunities, </strong>supported by <strong>regular team-building activities, outings, and company events.</strong><br><br>Enjoy <strong>Christmas gifts, exclusive discounts on J&F product</strong>s, and <strong>a clear path for career advancement and promotion</strong>.
