<p><strong><u>About the role:</u></strong></p> <p>We are looking for a<strong> (Junior) MDM Steward</strong> who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data by overseeing entity verification, managing data‑matching workflows, and ensuring adherence to enterprise data‑quality and governance standards.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Duties & responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage change requests and oversee the creation, updating, final approval, or rejection of business partner master data in SAP MDG in line with service level agreements.</li> <li>Perform master data deactivation, cleansing, duplicate consolidation, and golden record definition to maintain data accuracy and consistency.</li> <li>Set up and adjust standard data‑quality reports, including visualizations, and monitor key metrics such as data record volumes per lifecycle status.</li> <li>Enforce data standards, nomenclature, and the data model; identify data‑quality gaps and drive continuous improvement measures.</li> <li>Act as a Single Point of Contact for key and end users by collecting business requirements, providing trainings and updates, delivering 2nd‑level support, and coordinating testing with IT.</li> <li>Support external credit insurance and internal credit limit processes, and participate in global MDG rollouts.</li> </ul><p><strong><u>Our requirements:</u></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>At least 1 year of professional experience in a Master Data Management role.</li> <li>Experience working with Master Data Management and SAP ERP systems, either as a user or as part of an implementation/project/consulting team.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.</li> <li>Fluent communication skills in English.</li> <li>University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or similar area.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills; open‑minded and detail‑oriented.</li> <li>Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.</li> </ul><p><strong><u>Our offer:</u></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Hybrid model of work in office CBS PL - Kraków.</li> <li>Long-term and stable employment based on a contract of employment.</li> <li>Wellbeing HUB.</li> <li>Friendly work atmosphere in a large and stable company with a global reach.</li> <li>Chance to grow in a dynamic and international environment.</li> <li>A role that has a real impact on business outcomes.</li> <li>Strong team-oriented culture.</li> <li>Attractive benefit package.</li> </ul>
