Other duties might be assigned:</p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"> </p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Performs in-process inspections.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Monitors product quality in conjunction with production team.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Performs final product inspections, generates customer required documentation, reviews documents for accuracy and releases product for shipment. Forwards customer documentation to specified personnel.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Dispositions material on HOLD.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Checks equipment operation within the prescribed frequency.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Generates and distributes Quality Lab paperwork for each production order.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Assists production team in efforts to improve quality, reduce waste and improve efficiency.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Performs inventories of work in process and quarantined material.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Maintains lab retain files for easy storage and retrieval of files.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Performs items listed on Quality Lab Cleaning Checklist.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ensures that samples are sent to customers as requested.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Inventories lab supplies and requisition supplies as needed.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Recommends quality, safety and efficiency improvement opportunities.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Recommends cost reduction opportunities.</li> </ul><p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to write simple correspondence.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Must be able to work a 2,23 shift</p><p><strong>Benefits Offered:</strong></p> <p>Medical</p> <p>Dental</p> <p>Vision</p> <p>401K Plan</p>
