Content Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement the brand content strategy and editorial plan both for central campaigns and HQ Rednote official account’s always-on content</li> <li>Manage the end-to-end content production process, from planning, narrative development to asset production, data analysis, and content optimization.</li> <li>Establish and enforce brand SOPs and Guidelines (visual identity and communication standards), ensuring all local projects apply content in strict adherence to brand guidelines.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="2"> <li><strong>Social Media Management for HQ and Local Projects</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Mange the HQ’s official Rednote account, overseeing daily operations from content planning, content creation to post scheduling, data tracking and performance optimization.</li> <li>Elevate the social media performance for local projects to drive follower growth, engagement and content quality</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="3"> <li><strong>Trend Watch and Competitor Analysis</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Monitor consumer trends, analyze behavioral shifts and recommend optimizations for brand content and social engagement</li> <li>Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify best practices in content marketing and social media activations to strengthen our competitive edge</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Branding, Digital Marketing or Communications</li> <li>Direct experience in managing content production is a must</li> <li>Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English</li> <li>Self-motivated, detail-minded and positive working attitude</li> <li>Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.</li> </ul>
