Prioritisation of the backlog together with business and maintaining the backlog.</li> <li>Act as a bridge between business and development, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable requirements</li> <li>Support and back up arguments with data and metrics.</li> <li>Work with KPIs and OKRs.</li> <li>Proactively use monitoring tools for specific use cases, act on failures and make sure that all impacted stakeholders are informed in a timely and transparent manner.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a PO or PM.</li> <li>Experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs.</li> <li>Experience working in an Agile environment and scrum methodology (SAFe is a plus)</li> <li>Experience articulating and testing product hypotheses.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to influence decision making in different contexts.</li> <li>Skilled at defining and prioritising product features.</li> <li>Experience collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and business departments.</li> <li>Fluent English and/or Spanish speaker.
