In your role you get first-hand experience in a complex, dynamic and innovation-driven environment and will be an integral part of the highly collaborative team that work on the coordination and support of the Interior, Infotainment, and Digital Experience setup. <br> <br>In our Interior, Infotainment & Digital Experience division, we are shaping the future of digital experience. Our team develops innovative solutions from AI-powered digital assistants to navigation, a broad app ecosystem, and data-infused digital services across customer touchpoints in and around the vehicle. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Coordination and scheduling of internal and external meetings </li> <li>Preparation of management meetings and Board committees, including briefing support, internal alignments, documentation, and presentation </li> <li>Regular tracking, documentation and reporting of committee decisions and resolutions, incl. responsibilities and deadlines, in close collaboration with the management team </li> <li>Supporting the T2 transformation and change program as part of the PMO </li> <li>Supporting the communication and coordination between management, teams, and stakeholders </li> <li>Organization of workshops, events, and cross‑functional collaboration formats </li> <li>Supporting the travel coordination and expense processing </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WHO YOU ARE</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Enrolled student in the field of Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable program </li> <li>Strong interest in project coordination, organization, digital mobility, software and future-oriented technologies </li> <li>Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team </li> <li>Confident in communicating with different stakeholders in a professional environment </li> <li>Well‑organized with a proactive and hands‑on mindset </li> <li>Comfortable working with MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) </li> <li>Fluent in German and English </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b> NICE TO KNOW </b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Remote work options within Germany </li> <li>Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years) </li> <li>20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break </li> <li>Salary: 17,80€/hour </li> </ul></div></div></div><p>At CARIAD, we embrace individuality and diversity because we believe our differences make us stronger.
