In this role, you will gain first-hand experience in procurement within an automotive software company and will be an integral part of the team working on the implementation of AI agents to automate procurement processes. </p> <p>Our team operates in indirect procurement, combining sourcing expertise with a strong focus on continuous improvement. We already leverage AI agents to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in our processes. You will contribute directly to this transformation.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Analyze the current data landscape within Procurement (e.g., contracts, sourcing events, suppliers, cost structures) </li> <li>Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps </li> <li>Develop concepts for structured data preparation, harmonization, and standardization </li> <li>Derive requirements for data models and data structures to enable future AI use cases </li> <li>Support the definition of data governance and data quality standards </li> <li>Contribute to pilot projects leveraging AI in Procurement (e.g., automation, analytics, forecasting) </li> <li>Develop and implement AI agents via Microsoft Copilot </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WHO YOU ARE</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Enrolled student in business informatics or similar field </li> <li>Initial experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools </li> <li>Experience in process analysis </li> <li>Interest in procurement </li> <li>English at C1 level and German at least B2 level (written and spoken) </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>NICE TO KNOW</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Remote work options within Germany </li> <li>Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years) </li> <li>20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break </li> <li>Salary: 17,80€/hour </li> </ul></div></div></div><p>At CARIAD, we embrace individuality and diversity because we believe our differences make us stronger.
