The Product Manager has experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality and acts as a knowledgeable liaison between business stakeholders and developers.</span></p> <p><span style="">The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, implementation teams, integration/development teams, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous enhancement of the Salesforce ecosystem.</span></p> <p><span style=""><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style=""><span style="">Act as a consultant to the business with advanced knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Community</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Translate business requirements into user stories and well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platforms and products</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Collaborate with and manage Salesforce Developers to define appropriate technical strategies and designs</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Stay up to date with new Salesforce products, releases, and technical capabilities</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Work closely with cross-product teams to understand the impact of broader initiatives on Salesforce</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Lead daily stand-ups and manage backlog grooming processes</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth project and enhancement delivery</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>Profile Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style=""><span style="">B.S. Degree in Computing or a related field with at least 5 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Product Management and 2 years as a Salesforce Developer and/or Software Engineer</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is desirable)</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Domain experience in IT / CRM with strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Hands-on experience with declarative functionality, Flow, Triggers, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, migration tools, and SOQL</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence, including large call center implementations</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Travel and tourism industry experience is desirable</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Proficiency in Arabic and English with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>Being You @ Almosafer:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="">At Almosafer, our teams work with purpose, clarity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
