<h2>Position Summary</h2> As the Shift Lead at Bubble Bath Car Wash, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality and success of the car wash. Your responsibilities will include working with your Operations Manager to maintain quality control for operational procedures and policies, perform opening and closing duties, and assist with the day-to-day management of an 8-12-person crew. You will collaborate with site managers and the Operations Team to achieve site objectives and goals, and help maintain the facility for an excellent customer experience. <h2>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <ul> <li>Work with site managers to provide leadership and oversee the functionality and success of the car wash </li> <li>Maintain quality control for operational procedures and policies </li> <li>Lead full shifts </li> <li>Perform open & closing duties </li> <li>Assist with day-to-day management of an 8-12-person crew </li> <li>Work with managers and the Operations Team to achieve site objectives and goals </li> <li>Help maintain the facility for an excellent customer experience </li> <li>Work with site managers to train for Team Trainer position </li> </ul> <h2>COMPENSATION & BENEFITS</h2> <ul> <li>Starting Pay: $19/hr.
