This role provides technical and administrative support for Barton Malow's self-performed scopes of work, helping ensure safe, high-quality, and well-documented field execution across all phases of construction.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">The Project Engineer will work closely with the project management team and field supervision to manage project documentation, track issues, and support day-to-day coordination on-site. correspondence.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Process submittals and RFIs in a timely and accurate manner.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Support procurement efforts, including distribution of bidding documents and tracking of bidders.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Maintain and update the project schedule in coordination with the coordination meetings.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Assist with planning and managing site logistics to support efficient field operations.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Enforce Barton Malow's corporate safety policies and procedures on the jobsite.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Receive, review, and evaluate contractor quotations for changes and process change orders.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Manage the plan review and approval process with local and state municipalities as required.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Support weekly and monthly Black';color:#00263a">Required Knowledge, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities</h1> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:2.66667px"> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Relevant internship, co-op, or professional experience in construction or a related field.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Industrial market and/or self-perform field experience highly preferred.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Mission critical construction experience a plus.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Strong understanding of construction document control, submittals, and RFI processes.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Strong oral and written communication skills.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt
