This role is focused on leading Barton Malow's self-performed scopes of work, ensuring safe, high-quality, and productive execution in the field while maintaining alignment with project budget, schedule, and contractual requirements.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">The Project Manager (Self-Perform) will spend the majority of their time on-site and will be directly responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing Barton Malow craft personnel, field supervision, and resources. 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Support and assist with internal estimating efforts for self-perform scopes, including labor, equipment, and material procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment required for self-performed work.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Support project controls, scheduling, and reporting requirements related to self-perform activities.</li> <li technical plans, work packages, method statements, and construction documentation.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Support compilation of turnover documentation, including as-builts, O&M manuals, and closeout requirements for self-performed work.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to field supervisors, foremen, and trades professionals.</li> <li Knowledge, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities</h1> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:2.66667px"> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, with relevant experience on mission critical, industrial, or large commercial projects.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">5–8 years of relevant construction experience, with direct experience managing self-performed work.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Proven experience leading field teams, craft labor, and construction supervision.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0in 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Strong understanding of
