M-F. </span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><strong><u><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Responsibilities: </span></u></strong><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Lead field operations for constructions projects including steel erection (5,000+ tons), roofing, and siding installations across multiple concurrent contracts; interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide non-engineered field staff in executing complex scopes utilizing 3D modeling software like Revit, Tekla or Bentley; develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, integrating fabrication, delivery, and installation timelines; conduct on-site reviews at international fabrication facilities to ensure compliance with client specifications and resolve design-to-fabrication discrepancies; and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design conflicts and implement field-driven design enhancements utilizing AutoCAD and BlueBeam.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><strong><u><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Requirements:</span></u></strong><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"> Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering, or foreign degree equivalent, plus 8 years<strong> </strong>of experience as a Construction Manager and/or Superintendent <span style="color:black">in the commercial </span>and institutional building construction.<span style="color:red"> </span><span style="color:black">Experience must include: l</span>eading field operations for constructions projects including steel erection (5,000+ tons), roofing, and siding installations across multiple concurrent contracts; 3D Modeling Software including Revit, Tekla or Bentley; Primavera P6; AutoCAD and BlueBeam; and OSHA 30 Hour Certification.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Applicants should apply online at: </span><a href="https://careers.bartonmalow.com/"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">https://careers.bartonmalow.com/</span></a><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">.
