This role will lead all planning and scheduling efforts on a complex, fast-paced thermal construction project. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical scheduling expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, trade partners, and clients. The Scheduling Manager will play a critical role in driving project success by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules while ensuring alignment with project milestones, cost forecasting, and operational goals. This position requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide scheduling personnel while supporting project leadership in managing risk and maintaining schedule performance.
