This is an onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project delivery, including client communication, cost management, scheduling, and quality control. This individual will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager will manage financial performance through SAP and robust cost control practices, oversee project risks, insurance requirements, and general work performance, and drive accountability across the project team through consistent communication and leadership.
