Engineers with less than 5 years’ experience are encouraged to apply if there is a strong desire to grow into this senior position.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Familiarity with national electrical engineering firms and electrical contractors is a plus. Establish protocols for communication between the A/E, Barton Malow, Owner, and other Stakeholders; Define workflows, responsibilities, and reporting relationships across team member functions. </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Establish + Monitor Scope: </strong>Establish and maintain the design scope of work and design division of responsibility with input and agreement from the A/E, Owner, and Barton Malow; Assist in identifying scope gaps and scope creep throughout the design phase; Assist with design change management. </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Establish + Monitor Design Schedule: </strong>Establish and maintain the design deliverable list and overall design schedule in conjunction with the A/E;
