This role serves as a legal partner to project teams and business stakeholders across all phases of the project lifecycle, from pursuit through closeout. The Corporate Counsel 2 negotiates and drafts complex commercial agreements, advises on compliance issues, develops contract playbooks and standard forms, and leverages contract lifecycle management (CLM) technology to drive consistency and efficiency across the Company’s contracting processes.
