POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Senior Preconstruction Manager, the Estimator is responsible for reviewing detailed drawings and specifications, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing accurate proposals, bid packages, and cost estimates for large industrial and renewable energy construction projects. large-scale industrial and energy projects.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and pricing strategies for complex scopes, including renewable energy and automotive facilities.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Manage subcontractor and supplier solicitation, including bid leveling, scope review, and risk assessment.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Work closely with operations, project management, engineering, and leadership on pricing strategies and execution plans.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Identify project risks, style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Mentor junior estimators and support overall team development.</li> </ul> REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">10+ years of construction estimating experience on large-scale industrial projects.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Strong knowledge of EPC, Design-Build, and integrated project delivery models.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Working knowledge of Canadian construction standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Familiarity with procurement, supply chain logistics, and EPC cost drivers.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Strong knowledge of construction methods, productivity factors, and trade-specific cost drivers.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, bid-driven environment.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present to senior stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents, and evaluate commercial, financial, and contractual risks.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Experience with industrial, heavy civil, renewable energy, automotive manufacturing, or battery storage projects is an asset.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00273c">Experience estimating electrical scopes, including low, medium, and high-voltage systems, is an asset.</li> <li
