This leadership role is responsible for overall planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex thermal/mechanical construction scopes including boilers, turbines, heat recovery systems, piping, structural steel, and balance-of-plant systems. The Sr. Construction Manager will lead project engineers, superintendents, field staff, and subcontractors to safely execute construction activities in accordance with contract documents, budget, schedule, and quality requirements. This position plays a critical role in ensuring successful startup and commissioning of thermal generation assets while maintaining Barton Malow’s commitment to safety and operational excellence.
