You’ll collaborate closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, design partners, and trade contractors to keep work progressing and maintain the high standards Barton Malow is known for. This position requires flexibility to work on projects across the Carolinas and Georgia, with assignments based on project needs. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Coordination & Technical Support <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li people‑first safety culture.</li> </ul> REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">1–5 years of professional experience (including internships) in construction or a related industry.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and follow established processes.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">OSHA 30 certification preferred.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to safety.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">VDC/BIM experience is a plus.</li> <li
