The ideal candidate will have 8+ experience in commissioning and document control management. This position requires direct knowledge and experience in building systems commissioning, building management and control systems, commissioning software (such as CxAlloy), and all associated documentation and close-out procedures.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a"><br><strong>KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> DIN';color:#00263a">Ensuring major components for turnover and completion are transitioned in a timely and organized manner.</li> <li DIN';color:#00263a">Developing and maintaining commissioning system turnover definitions and schedules.</li> <li DIN';color:#00263a">Managing commissioning completion punch lists and ensuring timely completion of all outstanding work and turnover documentation.</li> <li clarifying, when necessary, system scoping and numbering.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Compiling all turnover documentation to be included in turnover dossier.</li> <li EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Minimum 8 years of industry related experience.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or construction management is preferred.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">2+ years of data center experience.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Technical background and/or work experience in clean energy projects.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Proficient with commissioning software such as CxAlloy.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Proficient in Microsoft Office, BIM360 and Blue Beam.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'URW DIN';color:#00263a">Familiarity and understanding of
