Marketing Manager, the Commercial Product Manager will lead key strategic and tactical marketing activities in the local market, aligning global objectives with local market needs to drive commercial growth.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements sans-serif">Manage local projects, advisory boards, customer groups, and educational programs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor marketing ROI and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, sans-serif">Passion for marketing with a strong results-oriented mindset.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of the medical device and homecare markets.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in product launches and marketing execution.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to prioritize, manage resources effectively, and work proactively.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and integrity.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">More than 3 years of experience in global marketing and product management, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong execution, organizational, and relationship-building skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">MBA is
