Jeroen Veugelers, HR, +316 – 34885207 / [email protected] Leader in Electronics [36-40 hours] hours per week, hybrid in Venlo (NL) What You’ll Do As Leader in Electronics at Canon Production Printing, you define and realize a clear vision on the Electronics discipline and its contribution to future printer platforms. You operate across system, team, and project levels, shaping architectures, driving development, and ensuring delivery of high-performance electronics within multidisciplinary R&D teams. You actively collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and Physics domains to create innovative, high-end printing solutions and accelerate adoption of new technologies such as AI, machine learning, and digital twins. You’ll be responsible for: Define and drive the Electronics vision and roadmap Lead realization of product and project objectives Make architecture and design decisions at system level Ster and balance performance, cost, energy, EMC, and safety Lead multidisciplinary alignment across domains Drive continuous improvement of processes and solutions Who You’ll Work With Our international organization has a flat hierarchy where people take ownership for their part and optimize the whole, You will directly collaborate with designers, architects, developers, and engineers across R&D as well as manufacturing and service organizations in a multidisciplinary and innovation-driven environment.
