The role involves assisting in classroom activities, supporting student learning, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>Assist the lead teacher in conducting classroom activities and lesson implementation.<br>Support children in learning through play-based and interactive activities.<br>Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.<br>Assist in managing classroom routines, materials, and learning resources.<br>Support children with basic needs and encourage positive behavior.<br>Collaborate with teachers to ensure smooth classroom operations and student engagement.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred.</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong><br>1–3 years of experience working with young children or in a preschool environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong><br>Good communication and interpersonal skills.<br>Patience and enthusiasm for working with young children.<br>Basic classroom management and teamwork skills.</p></div></div></div>
