The role involves providing counselling services, conducting assessments, guiding students on personal and academic concerns, and promoting a positive and supportive school environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students for emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns.<br>Identify and support students facing psychological, social, or learning challenges.<br>Conduct psychological assessments and maintain confidential student records.<br>Work closely with teachers and parents to support student development and well-being.<br>Design and implement well-being programs, workshops, and awareness sessions for students.<br>Guide students on stress management, peer relationships, and personal development.<br>Refer students to external professionals when specialized support is required.<br>Participate in school meetings, student support discussions, and intervention planning.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology.</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong><br>2–5 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in a school environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong><br>Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.<br>Understanding of child and adolescent psychology.<br>Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students.<br>Strong communication and collaboration skills with parents and teachers.</p></div></div></div>
