<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><div> <div> <div tabindex="-1"> <div> <div dir="auto"> <div> <div> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Special Educator<br><strong>Department:</strong> Student Support Services / Academics<br><strong>Location:</strong> Oakridge International School Bachupally, Hyderabad<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time</p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>The Special Educator is responsible for supporting students with diverse learning needs by providing individualized learning strategies, interventions, and inclusive classroom support to help them achieve their academic potential.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>Identify and support students with learning difficulties and special educational needs.<br>Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student assessments.<br>Provide individualized or small group support to students requiring additional learning assistance.<br>Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies.<br>Monitor student progress and maintain documentation related to interventions and assessments.<br>Communicate with parents regarding student progress and support strategies.<br>Work closely with counselors, teachers, and school leadership to promote an inclusive learning environment.<br>Participate in school meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education / Psychology with B.Ed. or relevant certification in Special Education.</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong><br>2–5 years of experience working with students with special educational needs in a school environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong><br>Strong understanding of inclusive education practices.<br>Knowledge of learning disabilities and intervention strategies.<br>Good communication and collaboration skills.<br>Patience, empathy, and strong observation skills.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> </div></div></div></div>
