Their role is to work closely with class teachers, learning support specialists, and therapists to ensure that each child’s learning needs are met, enabling them to access the mainstream curriculum and participate fully in classroom life. LSAs support the development and delivery of individualized strategies in line with each child’s learning plan, and help create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment that promotes independence, confidence, and success.
