This role coordinates, communicates, and follows up on development activities to help ensure timely delivery of high-quality samples. It supports the Product Execution Team with sample tracking, documentation, organization, and workflow execution against RASCI guidelines and Buy Ready targets, while maintaining clear communication and process transparency. The role works with factories on development and sampling activities, helps identify quality, manufacturing, capacity, and lead-time concerns, and follows up on assigned development tasks under guidance from senior team members.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You&apos;ll Do</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support footwear development projects from receipt of initial tech package and sample request through model-size fit, confirmation sampling, Buy Ready, and Sales sample delivery.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate product prototyping, commercialization activities, and seasonal development milestones to help achieve on-time Line Reviews/SMS sample delivery, Buy Ready completion, and product confirmation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communicate project status, sample updates, risks, and development or commercialization issues with US Product Development, Materials, Jinjiang HEYDUDE teams, vendors, and suppliers.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain accurate project information, sample records, and documentation in Centric and the Central Shared Drive to support process transparency and alignment across internal and external teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track sample status, sample organization, seasonal critical dates, and assigned project deliverables to ensure timely follow-up on development, Marketing/Promotional requests, project transfers, and special projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with Materials, Costing, Lab, Quality, Manufacturing, and supplier teams to support material, component, and construction recommendations that meet costing targets, product functional goals, testing requirements, and quality standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist with internal and external meetings, apply footwear manufacturing knowledge to assigned tasks, and escalate quality, manufacturing, capacity, lead-time, and commercialization concerns as needed.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You&apos;ll Bring to the Table</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">College degree or above; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5+ years of footwear development or production experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience working with factories;
