You’re encouraged to break it and create something better. </span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The <strong>Product Execution Manager</strong> leads new style development and oversees production execution through shipment at the assigned factory in Quang Ngai, Central Vietnam.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The role includes new product introductions, production transfers for existing styles, commercialization, and production compliance for a monthly volume of 1.5 million pairs.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Product Execution Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring all production is commercialized and shipped on time.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Do</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><u>NPI (New Product Introduction).</u> PE manager works closely with product teams in USA and Italy to develop new styles until their final confirmation stage.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">During this phase, he includes manufacturability and costing constraints in a spirit of design for manufacturing, including work floor return from experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><u>Commercialization and Production Trial.</u> The PE Manager drives and maintains Crocs’ established practices for full-size validation and factory production trial runs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><u>Daily Production Review.</u> The PE Manager reviews assembly lines daily and audits them quarterly to ensure approved SOPs are followed and to gather feedback from production leaders on productivity, manufacturability, and quality.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><u>Capacity & Planning.</u> The PE Manager provides Crocs planning and capacity teams with updates on production schedules and capacity utilization.
