Reporting to the GVP, Supply Chain, this role sits within the Global Product Supply Team. This role supports the company’s sourcing strategic alignment and Asia supplier network management through product development, commercialization, process innovation, supplier capability growth, operational excellence and operational scalability collaborating closely with US Product Development team.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Do</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Lead the evolution and expansion of Accessories and Personalization function at Crocs Inc. including Collectibles and Out-licensed categories</li> <li>Build, lead, and develop <a name="_Hlk221575010"></a>high-performing Sourcing and product execution team across Asia, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and standardization of product execution workflows.</li> <li>Manage and expand supplier networks across Asia.</li> <li>Evaluate manufacturing readiness, conduct capability assessments, and develop supplier improvement roadmaps.</li> <li>Develop long‑term operational strategies and process roadmaps to support the future of Personalization products manufacturing and sourcing decisions—balancing scalability, agility, and resource optimization.</li> <li>Communicate operational strategies, technical requirements, mitigation plans, and progress updates to global stakeholders.</li> <li>Serve as a key operational partner to global teams including Design, Product Management, Sourcing, Supply Planning, and Commercial.</li> </ul> <p>Key Responsibilities Areas:</p> <ul> <li>End to End Accessories and Personalization Sourcing</li> <li>T1 and T2 Supplier Management </li> <li>Sourcing Project Management</li> <li>Accessories Sourcing Process Ownership and Optimization</li> <li>Talent Development</li> <li>Team Leadership</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Bring to the Table</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>A Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.</li> <li>10+ years of experience in Accessories or Toys sourcing with minimum 3 years Leadership level experience</li> <li>Background knowledge in the hard goods industry with deep experience on plush toy manufacturing and injection molding processes.</li> <li>Familiar with Asian sourcing and manufacturing environments.</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skill.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams through operational scale-up, process improvement, and complex product categories.</li> <li>Proficient in oral and written English communication.
