<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Position Summary</H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div></div></div></div><p><strong>SUMMARY:</strong></p> <p>Keep the premises of building, internal and or external in clean and orderly condition.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </p> <p>· Pick-up, sweep & mop assigned areas.</p> <p>· Empty trash cans in assigned areas.</p> <p>· Empty steel bins and/or scrap bins in assigned areas.</p> <p>· Wipe down & clean cabinets, desk, etc, in assigned areas.</p> <p>· Wipe down & clean machinery in assigned areas.</p> <p>· Keep maintenance closet picked up & in proper order.</p> <p>· Make sure all dirty mop heads are put in proper location.</p> <p>· Report any malfunction or problems with the rider & walk behind floor scrubbers to supervisor.</p> <p>· Keep all shop corners picked-up & cleaned.</p> <p>· Keep area behind all shop machines picked-up & cleaned.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong>:</p> <p>· Knowledge, recognition, care and use of all equipment pertinent to the job requirements.</p> <p>· Begin and complete a project with a minimum of supervision.</p> <p>· Flexibility to change routines.</p> <p>· Must have good attendance and be dependable.</p> <p>· Be at your workstation ready to work at assigned time.</p> <p>· Be a team player, but also be able to work alone.</p> <p>· Must have consideration for all team members.</p> <p>· Be a willing learner.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <p>A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Must be able to pass background/drug tests.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <p>All team members are expected to work in an alert and conscientious manner, following all safety rules and procedures</p> <p>and remaining in the proper physical condition to perform their work assignments.
