Production Readiness</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop, standardize, and maintain <strong>production documentation</strong>, including:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>CNC programs (multi-axis, mill/turn)</li> <li>Setup sheets and tooling lists</li> <li>Routings and manufacturing work instructions</li> </ul> <li>Ensure all programs and processes are <strong>production-ready</strong>, validated, and optimized for global deployment</li> <li>Lead and support <strong>post processor development, validation, and troubleshooting</strong> for various machine/control combinations</li> <li>Drive <strong>program verification and simulation</strong> (e.g., Vericut or equivalent) to eliminate risk and ensure first-time-right execution</li> <li>Interface with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure <strong>DFM alignment and manufacturability</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Advanced CNC Programming &amp; Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform and lead <strong>complex CNC programming activities</strong>, including:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Multi-axis toolpath strategies</li> <li>Macro programming, parametric logic, and automation</li> <li>Optimization of cycle times and cutting performance</li> </ul> <li>Provide <strong>technical leadership</strong> to programmers and manufacturing engineers globally</li> <li>Support selection and implementation of <strong>cutting tools, fixturing, and machining methods</strong></li> <li>Establish best practices for <strong>NX CAM (or equivalent CAM systems)</strong> and digital manufacturing workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp;
