The position requires significant global collaboration and <strong>travel exceeding 50%</strong> to support operations, industrialization efforts, and technology deployment.</p> <p> </div><div><p><strong>Post Creation & Production Readiness</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop, standardize, and maintain <strong>production documentation</strong>, including:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>CNC programs (multi-axis, mill/turn)</li> <li>Setup sheets and tooling lists</li> <li>Routings and manufacturing work instructions</li> </ul> <li>Ensure all programs and processes are <strong>production-ready</strong>, validated, and optimized for global deployment</li> <li>Lead and support <strong>post processor development, validation, and troubleshooting</strong> for various machine/control combinations</li> <li>Drive <strong>program verification and simulation</strong> (e.g., Vericut or equivalent) to eliminate risk and ensure first-time-right execution</li> <li>Interface with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure <strong>DFM alignment and manufacturability</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Advanced CNC Programming & Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform and lead <strong>complex CNC programming activities</strong>, including:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Multi-axis toolpath strategies</li> <li>Macro programming, parametric logic, and automation</li> <li>Optimization of cycle times and cutting performance</li> </ul> <li>Provide <strong>technical leadership</strong> to programmers and manufacturing engineers globally</li> <li>Support selection and implementation of <strong>cutting tools, fixturing, and machining methods</strong></li> <li>Establish best practices for <strong>NX CAM (or equivalent CAM systems)</strong> and digital manufacturing workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement & Standardization</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead global <strong>continuous improvement initiatives</strong> focused on:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Cycle time reduction</li> <li>Cost optimization</li> <li>Quality improvement and defect reduction</li> </ul> <li>Promote and implement <strong>lean manufacturing principles</strong> across machining operations</li> <li>Drive <strong>standardization of processes, tooling, and programming methodologies</strong> across sites</li> <li>Analyze production data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and deploy solutions at scale</li> </ul> <p><strong>Global Operations Support</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Provide hands-on support for:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>New product industrialization</li> <li>Process troubleshooting and recovery</li> <li>Capacity and capability enhancements</li> </ul> <li>Collaborate with:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>R&D and Engineering for product introduction</li> <li>Operations for production performance</li> <li>Digital/OT teams for manufacturing system integration</li> </ul> <li>Act as a experience in machining, in Oil and Gas manufacturing environment.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span><span>Proficiency</span><span> in Multi Axis Machine tools, CNC Programming, NX CAM System</span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span>Strong understanding of Manufacturing safety practices and procedures.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</span></li> <li
