Assist leadman and engineer in coordinating team activities.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Acts as a technical resource providing guidance and expertise for team members in their daily<br>technical work.</li> <li>Assist engineer & group leader to reviews daily team requirements, coordinate activities and plans<br>and coordinates overtime requirements. Ensures that labor reporting is accurate and balances<br>with time sheets.</li> <li>Receive project schedule from assembly manager/engineer/group leader, plans and coordinates<br>the assembly/test activities of assigned team to ensure that production commitments are met.</li> <li>Assembles and tests assemblies according to FMC specifications. Masters basic skills and some<br>advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment in area of expertise</li> <li>Completes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and Non-<br>Conformance Reports (NCR).</li> <li>Resolves routine questions and problems in mastered subassemblies. Refers more complex issues</li> <li>Conduct final factory inspection of oilfield equipment.</li> <li>Prepare test procedures before and after factory acceptance testing.</li> <li>Cleans up components after assembly according to FMC specifications and verbal or written<br>instructions.</li> <li>Inputs labor details into Labor Tracking System (LTS) for cost tracking purposes.</li> <li>Uses material handling equipment to move parts, components and subassemblies from one work<br>or storage area to another as required.</li> <li>Performs all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in work area.<br>Practices good housekeeping in work area.</li> <li>Require to assists others during assembly of components in area of expertise.
