type="1"> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Standard Catalogue – Structural Engineering Responsibilities</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Lead the development and maintenance of structural elements within the Standard Catalogue for Umbilical Hardware Products, including Subsea Termination Interfaces, Bullnose UTAs, Repair Joints, Pull-In Heads, and Friction Clamps.</li> <li>Identify required catalogue updates arising from changes to industry standards or internal global procedures.</li> <li>Maintain standard stress calculations and load calculation templates for catalogue products.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to Global Procedures for PLM and NPD, acting as the accountable authority for structural compliance.</li> <li>Develop and maintain supporting documentation, templates, and software tools.</li> <li>Support updates to Functional Specifications, Tendering Datasheets, and related catalogue documentation.</li> <li>Provide consultation to engineering, materials, and manufacturing teams on structural matters.</li> <li>Support drawing production and review for catalogue hardware.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="2" type="1"> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Engineer‑to‑Order (EtO) Structural Engineering Responsibilities</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Use relevant previous calculations and drawings to support new EtO design development.</li> <li>Develop structural architecture, documentation, templates, and software tools for EtO hardware.</li> <li>Ensure EtO designs adhere to internal design rules, MPS, and client requirements.</li> <li>Produce and update structural components of Design Basis documents.</li> <li>Maintain load calculation templates and stress calculations for EtO designs.</li> <li>Support PPS documentation, drawings, and other technical deliverables for EtO hardware.</li> <li>Provide structural engineering input during pre‑award and post‑award stages.</li> <li>Support cost-base development for EtO designs.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="3" type="1"> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Governance and Compliance</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Identify gaps to standards and raise awareness across engineering and project teams.</li> <li>Define documented rules and methods that ensure structural engineering across the product range satisfies industry, client, and TechnipFMC standards.</li> <li>Define containment actions for deviations from applicable standards.</li> <li>Support Material Procurement Specifications to ensure alignment with structural design rules.</li> <li>Participate in supplier deviation reviews and provide technical approval or rejection recommendations.</li> <li>Support contract compliance reviews and justification activities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="4" type="1"> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Work closely with Lead Umbilical, Lead Materials, Engineering Managers, Draughtspersons, and Structural Engineers.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, suppliers, and project management.</li> <li>Ensure clear communication and alignment across engineering disciplines.</li> <li>Support the selection of standard hardware for project use.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this role if:</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.</li> <li>Extensive experience in subsea hardware, umbilical systems, or similar engineered products.</li> <li>Strong understanding of structural analysis, stress calculations, and design verification.</li> <li>Proven experience leading engineering activities and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.</li> <li>Familiarity with PLM, NPD processes, and industry standards.</li> <li>Ability to interpret and apply client specifications and internal design rules.</li> <li>Technical leadership and decision-making.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.</li> <li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li>
