<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><p>As part of our <strong>Automation & Innovation team</strong>, you’ll design and implement automation, integration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions that eliminate manual processes, improve governance, and boost service resilience.</p> <p>You’ll work with cutting-edge <strong>cloud technologies</strong> (Azure, serverless solutions, APIs, M365, Active Directory) to deliver modern, data-driven solutions that empower the business.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Identify and propose opportunities for automation and optimization of business and IT processes.</li> <li>Develop and maintain automated solutions using scripts, APIs, and cloud technologies.</li> <li>Create and manage environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM).</li> <li>Develop solutions based on Azure / Cloud Services, including serverless automations.</li> <li>Build integration between systems (e.g., Active Directory, M365, P&C dashboards, external APIs).</li> <li>Implement and maintain automation of operational processes, reducing manual dependency.</li> <li>Work with Dynamic Distribution Groups and identity-based automation, when applicable.</li> <li>Ensure best practices for security, standardization, and governance in solutions.</li> <li>Actively participate in architecture definition and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Document solutions and ensure knowledge transfer.</li> <li>Support strategic initiatives of the Automation & Innovation team.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Systems, or related fields.</li> <li>Experience in automation and/or development</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (M365, Active Directory/Entra ID).</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise infrastructures.</li> <li>Fluent in English and ability to work in a global team.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Skills</H2> </div><div><div>Verbal Communication</div><div>Lean</div><div>Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
