<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><p>Support logistics and warehouse operations through data analysis, process improvement, and system-related activities,<br>contributing to enhanced operational efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><p>• Support analysis of warehouse and logistics processes to identify performance gaps and improvement<br>opportunities<br>• Assist in data collection, validation, and reporting (e.g., inventory accuracy, lead time, order fulfillment)<br>• Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, workflows, work instructions)<br>• Support inventory analysis and reconciliation between system and physical records<br>• Assist with WMS/ERP data monitoring and reporting tasks<br>• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies<br>• Conduct time studies and operational performance analysis<br>• Support layout optimization and storage utilization analysis<br>• Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and performance summaries<br>• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational procedures</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><p>Education:<br>• Industrial Engineering (preferred)<br>• OR Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics<br>• OR Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics<br>Technical Skills:<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel<br>• Basic knowledge of warehouse and supply chain operations<br>• Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus<br>• Exposure to process improvement concepts (Lean is a plus)<br>Other Skills:<br>• High attention to detail<br>• Good organizational skills<br>• Strong communication ability<br>Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Skills</H2> </div><div><div>Communication</div><div>Attention to Detail</div></div></div></div>
