<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><p>The Engineer undertaking this position will be the technical and technological referent within installation analysis discipline at country and/or regional level for development of engineering solutions and should liaise with project management team and clients engineering personnel to develop sound and safe installation methodologies for offshore operations with a permenet concern for Subsea performance standards and business development objectives.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul type="square"> <li>Support different offshore installation activities (Flexibles flow-line and risers, Umbilicals, HFLs, Rigid pipeline and Rigid Spools…). </li> <li>Support different activities of the subsea structure installation (Manifolds, Protection structures, PLETs, ILTs and …).</li> <li>Provides technical-technological support and risk analysis as required by management within projects and installation operations.</li> <li>Interface with project team, project management team and clients engineering personnel.</li> <li>Efficiently contributes to the client relations (presentations, meetings, interfaces, etc.).</li> <li>Offshore support for the on-going installation activities.</li> <li>Perform checking of analysis works and provides advance technological and analysis solutions.</li> <li>Liaise with Project Team and clients engineering personnel to clarify installation analysis concerns, identifies areas of improvement.</li> <li>Provides high level technical-technological support and advice on tenders.</li> <li>Coordinate installation design activities in his/her discipline (including sub-contractors activities) with responsibility for:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Mentoring</li> <li>Design basis and analysis methodologies</li> <li>Engineering schedules and budgets.</li> </ul> <li>Contributes to the definition of the discipline strategy by communicating to the Group via seminars and working sessions with his/her peers:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Identifies areas of development.</li> <li>Defines Targeted skills and knowledge to be developed and/or acquired.</li> </ul> <li>Supports the knowledge development:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Consolidate Group experience in discipline</li> <li>Provides guidance and training at local-regional level.</li> <li>Propose engineering process and tool improvements, optimization, and possible innovation.</li> </ul> <li>Ensures excellent HSE and engineering performance through application of subsea engineering rules, processes and standards in design engineering activities within project and/or operations.</li> <li>Manages internal study projects as assigned and present papers at key conferences.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><p><strong><u>Must have: </u></strong></p> <ul type="square"> <li>BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with 8 years of experience in offshore installation related activities.</li> <li>Competency in design and installation analysis software (i.e. Orcaflex) is essential.</li> <li>Expert knowledge of industry standards and state of art competencies in installation analysis.</li> <li>Advanced technical skills in engineering and analysis.</li> <li>Advanced project management skills</li> <li>Skillful communicator and negociator.</li> <li>Excellent training and mentoring skills</li> <li>Advanced planning, organizational and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Understanding business challenges and what drives customer values</li> <li>Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role.</li> <li>A demonstrable commitment to HSE and Quality.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Nice to have: </u></strong></p> <p>Experience in Asia and Pacific region preferred</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Skills</H2> </div><div><div>Python</div><div>Coding/Python</div><div>CAD</div><div>Communication Skills and Abilities</div><div>Team Leadership</div></div></div></div>
