This role involves supporting the production team with scheduling, equipment setup, and coordination of resources to ensure efficient workflow. Assisting with daily tasks related to their field of study or department.<br>2. Collaborating with various team members and departments on shop projects.<br>3. Carrying out research and gathering data to analyze defect trends, safety observations and production flow.<br>4. Attending and participating in daily production meetings and workshops.<br>5. Creating and maintaining documentation and reports.<br>6. Learning about the TechnipFMC organization’s policies, procedures, and culture.<br>7. Providing ideas and suggestions in brainstorming sessions (RCA, PFMEA and Kaizen Improvement Activity)<br>8. Helping organize and manage events (Departmental celebrations, Team Building, Dinner)<br>9. Performing administrative tasks as needed <br>10.
