As a Network Engineer, you will be cooperating closely with multiple teams spread across the globe and working on controls systems for our subsea control platforms.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Preparing network configurations for Subsea Production System</li> <li>Delivery of SDG configuration (Secure Data Gateway) and project specific network configurations</li> <li>Preparing documentation such as network topology drawing, network specification and IP plan</li> <li>Preparing test procedures and performing network topology test using the ANTS (Automatic Network Test System)</li> <li>Participating in meetings and design reviews with internal and external customers</li> <li>Configuring of routing and switching equipment</li> <li>Supporting to test personnel in the setup and conducting of system testing</li> <li>Participating in IFAT/FAT and EFAT testing</li> <li>Providing remote support to Technical Service Personnel (TSP), other on-site and offshore personnel during installation and troubleshooting</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor's/Master's Degree in one of engineering fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, Automatics and Robotics, or related</li> <li>CCNA R&S certification is highly desirable, or demonstrated ability to install, configure, operate and troubleshoot routed and switched networks</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of professional experience in network engineering or 3 years within industrial automation area with heavy exposure to Ethernet-based industrial networks</li> <li>Experience in scripting languages such as Python will be a plus</li> <li>Understanding of XML processing</li> <li>Knowledge of network protocol analyzers such as Wireshark</li> <li>Hands on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of Cisco switches and routers will be a plus</li> <li>High level of autonomy in task execution</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Prior experience in computer networking related problem solving and troubleshooting will be a plus</li> <li>Ability to deliver results</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written</li> <li>Readiness to frequent travel on a short notice to other TechnipFMC locations, primarily in Norway</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that this role requires working min. 4 days/week from our office in Kraków</p></div></div></div>
