The position ensures high-quality technical delivery, supports project start-up and execution, and provides technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to engineering teams while maintaining compliance with standards, processes, and project requirements.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Lead and perform Study, Tender, and Pre-Engineering activities</li> <li>Act as Tender Lead Engineer and support Sub-System Engineering in technical, project, and tender matters</li> <li>Support Lead Engineers during project start-up and handover following LOI/Contract Award</li> <li>Prepare project-specific documentation (e.g., BOMs, interface documentation, maintenance procedures) in line with E-plan or MDL</li> <li>Ensure delivery of all engineering deliverables in accordance with agreed plans and timelines</li> <li>Monitor and follow up on product deliveries and alignment between Product Group and project schedules</li> <li>Contribute to establishing E-plan or MDL based on master plans</li> <li>Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and project boards</li> <li>Identify risks, VORs, and provide inputs to engineering status reports</li> <li>Support production and suppliers during assembly and testing phases</li> <li>Provide technical input for tender costing</li> <li>Coach, train, and support engineers and Lead Engineers in technical execution</li> <li>Lead technical reviews and contribute to technical decision-making</li> <li>Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety, quality, and internal processes</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><div> <ul> <li>You have strong experience (around 6 years) in engineering within Controls Systems, including system architecture, products, and subsystem interactions</li> <li>You have solid knowledge of tendering processes, costing, MOC, safety, and quality standards</li> <li>You are proficient in engineering tools, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 13628-1), and Business Management Systems</li> <li>You are capable of producing complex technical documentation and solving advanced technical problems independently</li> <li>You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills</li> <li>You can manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time pressure</li> <li>You have experience leading technical reviews, coordinating complex projects, and making informed decisions</li> <li>You possess strong project management skills, including planning and execution of complex tasks</li> <li>You are comfortable working independently and providing functional leadership when needed</li> <li>You have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)</li> <li>You are experienced in leading teams, coaching engineers, and collaborating with clients and suppliers</li> <li>You can effectively participate in and lead technical discussions, negotiations, and presentations</li> <li>You thrive in multicultural environments and communicate effectively across diverse teams<br><br><br>The position is based on a 4‑days‑in‑office / 1‑day‑remote hybrid model<br>A relocation package is available if you choose to move to Krakow for work purposes</li> </ul> </div></div></div></div>
