<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Training Purpose</H2> </div><div><p>Develops and ensures implementation of Manufacturing activities on a given project, in accordance with Industry and Company Standards, Project Execution Plan and Project Installation Procedures.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Review and interpret customer/industrial specifications</li> <li>Provide technical recommendation to design engineering team at design review stage</li> <li>Provide technical advice on Quality issues as a Subject Matter Expert</li> <li>Participate in department discussions relating to technical issues and lessons learnt</li> <li>Shows commitment to QHSE through participation in safety and quality initiatives</li> <li>Understand the workflow for the control of machining documentation and issuance of machining procedures for a project</li> <li>Maintain and develop new Machining Procedures</li> <li>Develop LWI for new processes</li> <li>Ensure DFX is performed</li> <li>Involve in audits (Adherence to codes & specs)</li> <li>Support tenders and product engineering quotation activities</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate release of production & manufacturing packages</li> <li>Attend daily meeting on Notification Review Board (NRB), Obeya etc</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><p>A. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:<br> Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical and Production Engineering </p> <p>B. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:<br> None </p> <p><br>C. REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:<br> Possess good problem‐solving skills in order to provide technical solutions<br> Possess drive and initiative to communicate & gather information independently<br> Demonstrate effective presentative skills<br> Demonstrate ability to guide and mentor other</p> <p><br>D.
