<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><p>Ensure the robustness of the supply chain, drive continuous improvements, and guarantee that suppliers are aligned with TechnipFMC’s global standards.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Perform quality audits at suppliers to verify compliance with applicable standards and requirements.</li> <li>Conduct safety assessments and audits at suppliers.</li> <li>Support technical and safety audits conducted by TechnipFMC specialists.</li> <li>Execute and document qualification and development processes for suppliers, products, services, and equipment.</li> <li>Deliver training sessions to suppliers on TechnipFMC-specific tools, processes, and disciplines.</li> <li>Prepare, review, and approve documents, procedures, and technical specifications.</li> <li>Perform process and safety verifications at suppliers.</li> <li>Monitor inspections at suppliers and provide guidance to inspectors.</li> <li>Review inspection reports and measurement bulletins from suppliers.</li> <li>Monitor supplier performance in safety and quality.</li> <li>Act on containment, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.</li> <li>Promote continuous improvement in supplier production processes and controls.</li> <li>Implement internal process improvements aligned with departmental goals and objectives.</li> <li>Represent the team in project interfaces, as required by business needs.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials, Production, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge in welding, machining, special processes, and manufacturing.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in a factory environment.</li> <li>Experience in the Oil & Gas sector.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Quality tools (PDCA, Lean) is desirable.</li> <li>Fluent English.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Skills</H2> </div><div><div>Lean</div><div>Trabalho em Equipe</div><div>Power BI</div></div></div></div>
